RETURNS
You are free to return a product for exchange or credit at any-time within 10 days of the date of purchase, with the exception of items that show neglect, wear or use.
After 10 days we require a 20% restocking fee for any product returned to cover freight and handing fees.
WARRANTY
We work very closely with all our suppliers and go to great lengths to carry only the highest quality products, every item in our web-site is covered by our No Questions Asked Warranty.
All our products are backed by this 100% warranty against manufacturing defects.
If the product you receive doesn’t make you smile, simply return it for a replacement or credit.
SHIPPING
OUR STANDARD SHIPPING FREIGHT POLICY:
We use USPS, UPS and FEDEX for all our shipping needs includes drop shipping. We Ship any size order(s) within the USA including Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Unfortunately orders with addresses outside USA are not eligible for free shipping, however we’ll gladly issue you a credit based on the size of your order to help offset your freight cost anywhere in the world.
For International shipping rates, and to find out about the amount of your credit, we recommend that you contact us first before placing your next order.

If you have an order that requires to arrive on a specific date, for an additional fee we do have expedited shipping options, but would prefer that you contact us first to make sure we can meet your deadlines.
CANCELLATIONS
Yes, you can cancel an order at any time by contacting us, however if your order was already shipped, we cannot refund or cancel your order until it arrives back to our office. (NOTE: you will be responsible for the cost of shipping outbound-and-inbound plus 15% restocking)
